Overperforming is not normally a problem within the office.  Reward should be super specific.  Tasks and projects are often limited by time.  Keep on moving ahead.  Sterile and organised officespaces will make it possible for you to concentrate your attention on more important things.

Make a difference on your team members work life by providing excellent feedback for the positive things they do.  A company trainer may help you with developing your group and solutions.  Peer reviews may assist your group also.  Better yourself by joining community events or withdrawing from time to time.  Learning about workplace conduct can help you focus on the proper tasks without the internal troubles.
